Apple fiber is a preparation obtained from apple pomace by the purification, micronization (mechanical grinding to a few dozen microns) and sterilization (heat - steam.)
The production process is strictly a physical process. The product does not contain any chemical substances and is 100% natural.
Description of preparation
Free-flowing powder with homogeneous dispersal consistency (slight caking is allowed)
Colour of the powder is yellow/brown. Taste and odour are typical of apples, without any foo flavours and odours.
Application:
Product may be used to partially replace or add to the solids in ketchup, tomato sauce and marmalade. It is also ueful for certain bakery items.
