Sugar Cane Fiber

Custom Fiber SC products are natural, insoluble fibers that are derived from sugar cane.

These are available in standard fiber lengths of 30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns. These fibers appear as cream-colored fibrous powders and are flavorless and bland. Custom Fiber’s SC provide excellent water and oil retention.

Custom Fiber’s SC fibers are widely used especially in the baking industry.
