Wheat Fiber

Custom Fiber W products are natural, insoluble wheat fibers derived from wheat.

These are available in five standard fiber lengths of 30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns. Our wheat fibers are bland and flavorless. They appear as fibrous white powders. Custom Fibers W products provide excellent water and oil retention.

They are exceptional texturizers and can help stabilize fine emulsified systems in food processing.
