Custom Fiber OB products are natural, insoluble oat fibers derived from the oat plant.
These are available in standard fiber lengths of 30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns. Our cream-colored oat fibers are bland, flavorless and have a fibrous powder appearance. In addition, these fibers provide excellent water and oil retention.
Custom Fiber’s OB fibers are widely used but they are especially preferred by the baking industry.
