Custom Fiber B products are natural insoluble bamboo fibers obtained from fiber rich parts of the bamboo plant.
They combine the flexibility of bamboo with the benefits of dietary fiber to provide a unique natural fiber for many food applications. Custom Fibers B products are available in five standard fiber lengths of30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns. These fibers are flavorless and bland and appear as fibrous white powders. Customer Fiber B fibers are used to increase the freshness of meat and fish products as well as the dough yield of baked goods.
